Return Policy (Summary)

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on cvsupport.eu. Different rules may apply depending on whether you buy as a consumer (B2C) or as a business (B2B).

2) EU/EEA Consumers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer and you purchased online (distance sale), you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us and include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions/RMA where required.

Condition of returned goods:
Returned items must be intact, unused, and in the same condition as shipped, ideally with original packaging, accessories, manuals and protective materials. If the product is handled beyond what is necessary to check it, a reduction in refund may apply.

Costs:
All return shipping costs and order/return handling or administrative costs (where permitted) are borne by the customer.

Refunds:
Where applicable law requires it, we refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost (if charged). Express delivery upgrades and non-essential service costs are not refundable. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received back (or proof of return is provided).

3) Non-EU / International Orders (including shipments from China)

For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and for any import duties, VAT/sales taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other local charges.

Some products may be shipped directly from China. In these cases, all customs duties and import-related charges are always the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid charges, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund (where a return is accepted).

4) Non-returnable items (examples)

Returns may be excluded for custom-made/personalised items, certain sealed goods once opened, and other categories where the law provides exceptions.
